The compilation of all content included in or made available through any SAP Service is the exclusive property of SIM/SIS and protected by Indonesia and international copyright laws.

TRADEMARKS

In addition, graphic, logo, page header, button icon, script, and service name included in or made available through any SAP Service are trademark or trade dress of SIM/SIS in Indonesia and other countries.

PATENTS

One or more patents owned by SIM/SIS apply to the SAP Services and to the features and services accessible via the SAP Services. Portions of the SAP Services operate under license of one or more patents.

LICENSE AND ACCESS

Subject to compliance and terms of use and payment of applicable fees, SIM/SIS or content provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access privately and non-commercially.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any SAP Service, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; derivative use of any SAP Service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of third parties; or the use of data mining, robots, or similar data collection and extraction tools.

All content published in this SAP Service is equipped with watermark technology that is personalized according to the information from each user's account of this SAP Service.

No SAP service, nor any part of the SAP Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of SIM/SIS. The license granted by SIM/SIS terminates if you do not comply with the Terms of Use or the Terms of Service.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use any SAP Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. SIM/SIS does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the SAP Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SIM/SIS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

REFUNDS

At our discretion, all type of purchase are can not refund because this is digital product.

PRICING

All pricing quoted on the site are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and included VAT + Service Charges, which shall be payable at the appropriate rate.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Term and Condition at any time.
